The product will only be sent once payment has been received. Once the shipping confirmation has been sent, the products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user when placing the order within approximately one to four (4-8) business days from the day of purchase to Spain.

The deadline depends on the day and time the order is placed because it may be sent one or two business days later than that moment, as can orders placed on non-working days or holidays.

We always use noble metals, seeking excellence in each of our jewelry. We carry out 3 quality controls:

1- We carry out a first check from the factory. If the jewel does not pass it, it will be manufactured again.

2- When we receive the order, we check in a second check in the office that the finish of the jewel is perfect.

3- Finally, we prepare the jewelry for shipping and make sure it is perfect when you open the box.
